Lo, this is our God; we have waited for him, and he will save us.

Isaiah 25:9

All year, we have read the Old Testament: a long story of people waiting, hoping, wandering and coming home. Prophet after prophet pointed forward to a Deliverer. This week, the waiting ends. A baby is born in Bethlehem, and every promise we have read comes true in Him. Merry Christmas, from our family to yours.

This companion follows Christmas for the week of December 21 – 27, alongside your Come, Follow Me Old Testament study.
