Pondereth

Downloads, use, and how to reach us

Plain language, because that's how we'd want it explained to us.

Digital downloads

When you buy a printable from Pondereth, you'll be taken to a thank-you page with a download button for each file in your order. The links work for 48 hours. Please save your files somewhere safe right away.

Because the files are delivered instantly, we don't offer refunds on digital products. If a file won't open, is missing a page, or you never received it, email us and we'll fix it or send it again. We'd rather you have what you paid for.

If you lose a file later, write to us with the name you used at checkout. We'll send it again.

Personal and family use

Everything you download is for your own household: print as many copies as your family needs, for as long as you like. Please don't share the files, resell them, post them online, or print them for a class or group without asking us first. Teachers and leaders: send us a note and we'll find a kind way to help.

Printed products

Books and other printed items are sold and shipped by outside stores (for example Amazon or our print-on-demand shop). When you click a buy button under Printed Books, you'll leave pondereth.com. Orders, shipping, and returns for those items are handled by that store under its own policies.

Payments

Card payments for digital products are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

Site statistics

We use Google Analytics to see which pages people visit and which companions they buy, so we know what to make next. It uses cookies and collects general information like your device type, rough location (city or region) and how you found us. It never receives your card number, and we don't send it your name or email. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser.

Illustrations

Our watercolor illustrations are made with the help of AI tools, then reviewed and finished by hand. We take care that scenes are reverent and true to the scriptures.

Independence

Pondereth is an independent creator and is not affiliated with or endorsed by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Come, Follow Me is the name of the Church's study curriculum; our products are made to be used alongside it. Scripture quotations are from the King James Version.
