Week 44: Come Boldly unto the Throne of Grace
Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.
Hebrews 4:16
The Epistle to the Hebrews testifies that Jesus is greater than the angels, greater than Moses, and our great High Priest. Because He “was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin,” He understands us completely. So we can “come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.” That hope is “an anchor of the soul, both sure and stedfast.”
This companion follows Hebrews 1–6 for the week of October 25 – 31, alongside your Come, Follow Me New Testament study.
