Week 40: Gather Together in One All Things in Christ
Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.
Ephesians 6:11
Paul wrote to the Ephesian Saints that in “the dispensation of the fulness of times” God would “gather together in one all things in Christ.” He taught that the Church is built on apostles and prophets, with Jesus Christ as the chief corner stone. And he invited every Saint to put on “the whole armour of God.” This week, think about what it means to be held together in Christ.
This companion follows Ephesians for the week of September 27 – October 3, alongside your Come, Follow Me New Testament study.
