Week 25: It Is Finished
It is finished.
John 19:30
Jesus was mocked, scourged and crowned with thorns. Pilate brought Him out and said, “Behold the man!” He was led to Golgotha and crucified. Even there, He prayed, “Father, forgive them,” promised paradise to a dying thief, and asked His beloved disciple to care for His mother. Then He said, “It is finished,” and gave up His life. Read these chapters slowly and reverently this week.
This companion follows Matthew 27; Mark 15; Luke 23; John 19 for the week of June 14 – 20, alongside your Come, Follow Me New Testament study.
