Thou art the Christ, the Son of the living God.

Matthew 16:16

Near Caesarea Philippi, Jesus asked His disciples, “Whom say ye that I am?” Peter answered, “Thou art the Christ, the Son of the living God.” Jesus told him this knowledge had come from His Father in heaven. A few days later, Peter, James and John saw Jesus transfigured on a high mountain. This week, think about how you came to know who Jesus is.

This companion follows Matthew 15–17; Mark 7–9 for the week of April 5 – 11, alongside your Come, Follow Me New Testament study.
