This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.

Matthew 3:17

John the Baptist lived in the wilderness and spoke plainly: change your heart, and let it show in your life. Then Jesus came to the Jordan River and asked John to baptize Him. The heavens opened, the Spirit descended like a dove, and the Father’s voice declared His love. This week, remember your own baptism and the covenant that comes with it.

This companion follows Matthew 3; Mark 1; Luke 3 for the week of January 18 – 24, alongside your Come, Follow Me New Testament study.
